Cibodas (Bergtuin te Cibodas, Hortus and Laboratory Cibodas) is in West Java. The extent of 120 hectares at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level, was founded by Johannes Elias Teijsmann 1866, has collections of plants typical of the wetter highland tropics and sub-tropics. 1891 The garden is equipped with a laboratory for the study of flora and fauna.
